so this kid come to the shop where i work on my car. he has an oldsmobile that is probably from mid 80s primered black and wants his vehicle spl tested. he gets sent around back where the meter is and we start chatting with him about what he has...

he ended up having 7 12's 4 rockford p1s,  2 kicker comps, and 1 kicker comp cvr powered with a crunch 1600 watt amp.... the box wasnt just one box i believe i was either 3 or 4 different boxes throughout his trunk and backseat.

as i stared to look through the rest of the car there is a battery ran with what looked to be 8 guage from the front to the 2nd sitting in between the two seats. and all kinds of other crap ran off of it. along with some type of home speaker just sitting in between the 2 front seats.

mids and highs were also many different flavors but the best was his 6x9s.....that were somehow attached to the front seat headrests facing the back of your head.

in the end we couldnt take a measurement because of no power from the cigarette lighter.

he then says "what do you think it would do 150, 160db?"

uaahahaa

NOT!
