hello i need some advise, i wolud like to wire my hid's to turn on from a lead from the side markers. i want to use a relay so that the current from the side markers activates the coil and powers the hid's from the battery not the headlight harness. Is it the same relay setup as when you are boosting the remote radio wire from a head unit? is this connection sceme right?
86 negative from the side marker
85 positive from the side marker
30 12v
87 20 amp fused positive to the hid starter
negativive from the starter to body ground?
i ask because i have a short circuit in my headlamp cicuit and it burns out my transmission computer. (crazy right)pls help i have been driving on one headlight all winter.
