I'm look for a relay setup for alram with out horn honk output

using flashing lights output and siren output

Here's one with just the siren output: https://www.the12volt.com/relays/page4.asp#lf3 ....connect to horn instead of lights. You could also use a positive light flash output from your alarm instead of the constant 12V input to terminal 87 and omit the flasher.
