I race my truck and I need to wire in a 3-step Rev Limiter, Line Lock and my Nitrous System using relays, energize(12V) relay in the Burn Box to activate (4000rpm limiter, red wire) for Module1, and line lock, then de-energize. Advance to Start Line energize (12V) relay for Module 3 of the rev limiter (3000rpm blue wire) using my horn switch as the triggering switch(disabling the horn) also activating my Line Lock solenoid (12V) at the same time, then after releasing the horn button the line lock will release along with the rev limiter disabling then I need to at the same time activate my Nitrous System. Have no idea as to the wiring of the relays to do this, any and all help would be appreciated.
I am using a MSD 3-Step #8737 along with ZEX Nitrous Dry System and 12V solenoid for the Line Lock.

The first relay (module 1) is pretty staright forward.
Relay 1:
Pin 85: (-) switch in
Pin 86: Fused 12vdc
Pin 30: 12vdc output to module 1and through diode to Pin 86 of Relay 3
Pin 87: Fused 12vdc to power module 1
When you turn on the (-) switch the relay energizes causing 12vdc power to be outputed on pin 30. When the switch is open then no power will be on pin 30.
The second relay will be pretty much the same thing, assuming you have a (-) horn trigger:
Relay 2:
Pin 85: (-) horn in
Pin 86: Fused 12vdc
Pin 30: 12vdc output to module 3 and through diode to Pin 86 of Relay 3
Pin 87: Fused 12vdc to power module 3
Relay 3:
Pin 85: ground
Pin 86: through diode from pin 30 of relay 1 and through diode from pin 30 of relay 2. Make sure the stripe of both diodes is on the Relay 3 side of the connection
Pin 30: 12vdc output to line lock
pin 87: Fused 12vdc to power line lock
The last request, to activate the nitrous system will be a bit more involved - I'll have to think about that one for a minute. Whatever you do you need to make sure you still have control of the nitrous system so that it doesn't try to spray every time you push and release your horn button (ie master kill switch, WOT switch, nitrous pressure switch, etc.,)

Here is what I got:

I would highly recomend at least a WOT switch inline at both places I marked with a *1.
Relay 4 is a latch relay that latches once you push the horn button. It will stay latched, as drawn, until you turn the igntion off.
Relay 5 is the nitrous control relay - Once relay 4 latches and then the horn button is released power will be output to the nitrous system. Again, you should use at least a WOT switch for safety here, as well as a master enable switch.

I wish to thank Kevin Pierson for his QUICK responce to my question and will post back after I get this up and going.

Pins 85 and 86 are reversed from the written description to the drawing - I appologize for this. I did this very late at night and missed that detail.
However, as long as your relays don't have diodes across the coil then it won't matter - pins 85 and 86 are completely interchangable and either way should work the same.
