I am trying to hook up this EFI Relay for my fuel pump.

Would 87 be 12v out to fuel pump and 30 fused from the Battery

87 fused in from the battery and 30 12v out to fuel pump ?

You decide. When that relay energizes, it simply connects 87 to 30. And it connects 30 to 87. It makes no difference at all with that relay.
