O.K. used the diagram for the Latched On/Off with Momentary Pulse with no Diodes. Works great if you are using a light bulb or something with a amp load. My question is how do you use it with LED lights? When the LED light is used in the above configuration the relays won't release since there isn't enough draw. If I put a light bulb inline with the LED light the relays work fine. Any Ideas?

I have not used the one with no diodes, the one with the diodes works great.  Diodes are cheaper than relays.   If you insist on using the one you already have built, why not leave the light bulb and place it in a project case with the relays.  Make sure heat from the bulb will not melt the plastic of the box.
