I just installed a dual radiator fan in my 85 chevy truck, and I am not sure if I wired the relay correctly. I followed an example I found in this forum, but I blew a 15amp and a 20 amp fuse already. Here is how I wired it:              85 - Toggle Switch,   86 - Ground and (-) Fan,   30 - 12v(+) and Toggle(+),    87 - Fan(+)

I did wire both fans together, and am wondering if I need to use two relays, one for each fan? Thanks in advnace for any help!

It is common for those fans to pull tons of current at startup.  You should use one relay per fan.  There is somewhere on this site a simple diagram for a delayed on relay, it uses a resistor and a capacitor to delay the turn on of the relay for a half of a second, it will help out with the high current at startup.   I just do not remember the values of the cap and resistor.  Maybe someone knows where the diagram is located.
