Ok im new to the relay thing so you gotta talk to me like im 8. I want to make my Daylight Driving Lights on my 2000 Chrysler Sebring LXI into turn signals but have them still be daylight driving lights. so. when i turn on my headlights boom the light comes on. when i turn on my turn signals BOOM! the light now flashes. and once again i am new to this so if you say 12vdc a9er to the fifth i aint got a clue what your talking about so. (-) here and (+) here would be good. if you can explain it like that then do the technical way ill try to figuar it out. thanks.

Do the daytime running lights stay on when you turn your headlights on?   If so it will be a piece of cake to do.  You will only have to square 12vdc A9er, taking it to the fifth power will be way too much.  Will it be a problem if the actual blinker and the daytime running lights are on at different times?  When the blinker bulb is on the drl lamp will be off,  The drl will be on when blinker bulb is off.  If this is OK, you can do it with one relay per side.

This is for one DRL on each side of the vehicle.  You will need one for the left and one for the right side.

i got it to work. i hooked the ground up to my - on my blinker. then i put 86 as my + for my blinker. then 30 as my + for my DRL then 87 was my + for my bulb it self. then i kept my - for the bulb it self hooked up to the -. but thanks man. works and looks good. just blinks kinda fast. but im adding side mirrors as well to this setup so im going to connect the wires the same way hopefully it draws more power and slows the blinking speed down.

The relay and the mirrors will not change the load of the flasher relay. It will not change the flash rate at all.
