I have a 1993 Toyota Camry, and the reight side passenger window does not work, ONLY when it wants to; like when I mess with the switches for a long period of time then it will move up or down. I've been tinkering with it all for some while now, and I've ruled out that it's the regulator itself(it's brand-new) and the switch(es). So I thought it might be the wiring??? or the circuit breaker or fuse??? Does anyone happen to know the location of them for the windows? Thanks.

It would behove you to check the wiring continuity. If regulator is new, as are switches and If motor is new, your problem is the wiring, probably a break at the door tube.
