I am interested in connecting my two front amber turn bulbs in such a way that they run as parking lights, but yet still flash when I signal. Using a standard bosch relay is this possible? I will obviously tap into my parking light wire. My turn bulbs have a 2 wire connection.. one for 12v and one for ground. thanks

That will be a piece of cake, once I am awake.  I will draw something up tonight.

Do the signals have to run at reduced brightness when acting as parking lights?

Oh just buy a European spec. car. Or maybe just reroute the wiring. Your front and rear amber running lights become indicaters in Europe, actually everywhere but North America.

As dualsport asked, I do need to know if they double as DRLs during the day.  If they do light at half brightness, unplug one of the lamps and make sure the other bulb remains lit.  This may take a couple of relays and a capacitor, diode and a resistor.

No these bulbs currently only act as turn signals. I want to make them DRL plus flash when I signal. thanks

You may want to use a 3 amp diode on the bottom diode in the picture.  The one that charges the 10,000 mic cap.  The other one will be fine with a 1N4001

If you are not worried about having the on/off times inverted, this will be simple with one relay per side.    Wire as follows.

30 to the lamp   87A to ignition.  85 to ground   86 to blinker positive wire.   I do not know how long on and how long off is on your blinker setup,  but the on time will now be the off time and vice versa.
