Newb here!

Ok guys I am in over my head. I love to work with automotive electric, but this is beyond me.

This is what I would like to have happen:

1. Line lock solenoid activated with 2 step (function of Digital 6 ignition) relay by N/O clutch switch. Right now activation is via a switched 12v+ source (2 step needs 12v+). But, I have a spot on the factory clutch switch for cruise control deactivation I would like to use if possible. With the pedal at rest this switch is closed passing current. Pedal pressed to floor this switch becomes open stopping any current from passing through it. I need to reverse this to activate the 2 step relay with 12v+.

2. Line lock can be manually activated as well with just a toggle switch for burnout fun?

3. Activate 2 step (and line lock) with N/O clutch switch as descibed in #1. I would like a momentary button to latch this relay? That way once clutch pedal is released 2 step will not be activated on each successive shift as I go down the track nor can it be with pedal at rest as the cruise switch passes current (N/C) in this state. It can only be activated by pressing clutch to floor and hitting the momentary button?

4. Nitrous: Arm with a toggle before burnout but deactivated whenever 2 step relay is activated like in #3. Once pedal is released 2 step turns off and nitrous comes on.

Is this all possible?

Right now I have the 2 step wired along with the nitrous and all works perfect. I want to add the line lock activation to the 2 step activation. I need to know if I can do this with a N/O switch as described in #1? I included a pic of how I have it wired right now.

Here is how you can reverse the action of the clutch switch. I will read the rest later tonight and see if I can come up with a solution for the rest.

So that will break ground when the clutch goes to the floor sending power through the relay to the 2 step relay? Just want to be sure I understand it, not questioning you.

You said you needed the clutch switch to operate exactly opposite of the way it is. The relay makes it exactly opposite of how it is. I can't see your picture. If you can redraw it using Microsoft Paint, and save it as a GIF file, it will be a smaller file and be able to post it larger and be below the file size limit.

Ok I wired up everything aside from the nitrous. The 2 step relay will not stay "latched" when I release the momentary button on it. Why would this be? Everything else works exactly as I thought t would from the wiring diagram. But if I do not hold the momentary button down that relay comes unlatched.

If the picture you posted is of the 2 step relay, I see nothing that is supposed to keep it latched.

Yes that is the pic, and the relay I have in question. I have the jumper wire between 87 and 85. The way I was told by MSD is that once 12 volts is sent to 85 via a momentary switch I could then release that switch and the jumper would keep 12 volts at 85 via the jumper to 87? I am thinking their wiring diagram is wrong....

How would I latch that relay?

Got it working as wired in the diagram I posted. Turns out the jumper wire was not fully connected. Redid the crimp and it works 100% as it should!
