I need to construct a circuit for 12V cig lighter to only supply power after I have manually and momentarily switched this new circuit on after having started engine. I need it to keep 12V supply up until ign is switched off, and not supply power until I again switch on with momentary switch once engine is running. It is to power a pda adapter 12V to 5V max 420mA. A latching relay term comes to mind, not sure if it exists in 12V. It is to power an item that requires this to avoid suen current changes

my other car is a SUBARU too!

Substitute 12 volt ignition where it says 12 volt constant in the diagram.
