Hello,

I tried searching but could not find anything. I need 1 or more relays to output 12v when two 12v inputs are present.

So when my clutch switch is not depressed (1st 12v input) AND my ems boost output is over 2 psi (2nd 12v input), I get 12v output to a afr lean switch.

Thank You

2 relays,  ground 85 0f both relays.  Connect the 2 inputs to 86, one input to one relay the other input to the other relay.  Supply a fused 12 volt wire to terminal 30 of relay one.  Connect terminal 87 of the first relay to terminal 30 of the second relay.  Terminal 87 of the second relay is your output.  It will only have 12 volts on it when both of the inputs have 12 volts present.

One relay -

Connect Pin 85 to  ground
Connect Pin 86 to your EMS over 2psi output
Connect Pin 30 to your Clutch switch
Pin 87 is your 12vdc output ONLY when Pin 30 and Pin 86 are both at 12vdc

The only downside to this is the relay will click every time you go over 2 psi.

Thank you for that, makes perfect sense!

You could also use a solid state logic gate, CD4081 AND gate. About 50 cents for the part.
Connect each of your inputs to the gate, and when both are high, the output goes high. Either input low will output a low.
If your output is simply a low power signal, it would work by itself, but if you need the output to drive a high current, then the relay is the best way to go.

What you want is called a AND Circuit. There is no output unless voltage is present at A (AND) B inputs.

When in doubt, try it out !
