I have to fix a friends car and it's out of cell phone range so I can't just pop back on the internet for some help. His ignition switch went out so we're just going to switch it over to a push switch ignition since I have all the parts but the relay.

the 30a was listed as 85 degrees max so that scared me, the 40a lists 200+.

From searching this is the best I've been able to come up with, is that the right setup or am I completely off? I need the starter to come on when I press the push button in the car.

Thanks for the help guys.

Assuming the only part not working is the starter part of the ignition switch, then that's correct, except for your momentary switch, feed it from an ignition circuit otherwise you will be able to turn over the starter without the ignition being on. I assume therefore that 87 should read starter. To run ignition you will need a constant switch, fed from a 12v+ constant source and another relay, part of its output going to feed your initial momentary switch.
