I am installing a remote start in a 2005 Kia Sorento, and I plan on using a PKALL for the immobilizer bypass. The bypass requires a GWR input, but the remote start unit is a basic model and does not have a GWR output. Can I just use a relay with the following setup to provide a GWR to the bypass?

85 - vehicle's +12 ignition
86 - ground
30 - ground
87 - GWR input for bypass

Thanks,

Scott

For your future info the other name for GWR is "STATUS OUTPUT".

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
