I am installing a second amp in my car and adding a relay to isolate my second battery.I found a four channel relay that I want to use to distribute the remote signal from my head unit to both amps and the isolator. I plan on puting switches on all three control signal lines. What I also want to do is have some indicator leds so that when each switch is on an led would come on and when the switch is off a different led would turn on. How would I go about wiring all this up?

Look at this:-

Use 12Volt LED's for simplicity, this assumes the output on the relay channels is pos, hence the blue wire.
When switch is off red will illuminate, when on, green.
This assumes that when not remote switching the amp, i.e. switch turned off, that blue wire sees a ground.TEST.
You've no need for a 4 channel relay, a PCB relay from Mouser etc. at about $2 sinks 10amps, more than enough for your needs.

Never mind for some reason it keeps removing part of the url, it's on ebay the connections on one side are vdd ground and four connections for each relay on the board the other side has nc no and com connections for each of the relays

I'm with Howard - ytf would you want to switch inputs? (If the respective amp is off.)

Who said anything about switching inputs? I just want to have some indicator lights to sure that the device is off

A a single LED across each device's input supply will do.
