Here is a relay diagram for the wipers to turn on headlights and parking lights

Once the wipers are turned on the headlights and parking lights will come on and stay on even if wipers are shutoff or in delay mode. This way your not flashing your headlights on wiper delay. Also headlights will shutoff when high beams are turned on so you don't have both on at the sametime. All lights turned on by the wipers will shutoff when ingition switch is shut off.

Im not 100% on this diagram setup so please do NOT install until someone can check its layout...anyone?

Electrically it's fine, I'm assuming that this becomes a latching relay set -up.

Yes it would be a latched on with wipers power up and latched off with power removed on key off

Does it need any other diodes anywhere else?

I know that there was an issue with the wipers flashing the headlights when the wiper delay was on and also with the high beams was wondering if this would solve those issues

I'm not sure but just to play safe, diode the other three relays like the first i.e. across the coils.
