I have an old atx psu hooked up to an amp in my room. The problem is, when the amp draws too much power, it cuts the psu off. All I have to do is disconnect the 3v line from the ground and reconnect it to turn back on, but I'd rather it be automatic. So far, I've come up with this.

It allows me to turn the psu off with the remote out of my radio, (Which actually only requires one relay) but it doesn't turn it back on. I don't have many parts, just random capacitors and relays and such. Any help will be appreciated.

By the way, both the normally open and normally closed contacts on the relay are both grounded, with the idea being that the switching from one ground to another would trip the psu back on. I don't think it's a problem with it switching back to N.O. when the psu tries to turn back on, as it has to switch to N.O. when it's first turned on by the remote line. I think it's just not disconnecting the 3v and ground long enough.
