I have been looking and looking but cant find anywhere I can order them.. at least not less than 1000.. they are called Micro ISO relays or Micro Power Relays..

I did a search and it came up with a link for Autotoys, but I searched there and they had none listed..

Try a Chrysler or Dodge dealer, or go to a wrecking yard that specializes in late model cars. I think these are used in all the new Chryslers for a few specific apps like door lock.
