Hi everyone,
I have been searching on here but have not found a solid answer
I am wiring my vehicle from scratch (kit car) and have a SDC turn signal module.

install instructions

right now the vehicles gauges are messing with the ground and causing the module to not work.
Is there a way to isolate the ground. I saw this setup

Would this work in this case or do I need a diode?

How is the gauge GND messing with the GND?
GND should be GND - there is no need for isolation.
Do you mean you need a heavier or independent GND between the 2? If so, split them.
