I am installing aftermarket window regulators, they have 2 wires which can either be pos or neg depending on if it's going up or down (reversing)
I have a remote unit that has 2 channels that will put out a +12volt
What relay diagrahm would I use to accomplish up with one channel and down with the other channel?
ie: pos-neg one button
     neg-pos. second button

relaydiagram48 or relaydiagram49.

Substitute the one or more door lock actuators for the single applicable window motor.

Easier to use a DEI 530t per two windows with standard window switches.
Will also give you one touch up down at the switches and won't strain the motors (senses end of travel and shuts down).

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
