I don't understand the purpose. When the light switch is negative, the relays basically jumper ignition power to two fuses at the fuse box (that are already powered?). Is anything connected to 87a of the relays?

the fuses at the fuse box are bad(on purpose)theres an internal relay in the fusebox on these sonata's that sticks and keeps those fuses hot and the parking lights stay on and kill the battery..even with the key off and the light switch in the off position.so i wired it up this way to give that circuit power only when ignition is energized.

As it is right now, you are pulling power from the ignition wire through one 10A fuse to feed two more 10A fuses.

I would recommend using the ignition wire only to trigger the relays, and using constant (fused) power to feed terminal 87 of the relays. Fuse each relay at the source so they each have their own 10A fuse connected to constant.
