I had to ask such a simple question, but I went over to the diagrams to look, but I guess I'm not familiar with the terminology enough to be sure any of those are what I want to accomplish.

I simply want to press a button that will supply a ground to a relay which will then trigger the relay to send positive out to a trunk solenoid.

I really would appreciate it if someone could tell me the correct wiring plan for a relay to accomplish this.

I did some more searching, and I think the one on the left at This page will do the job.

I'll keep an eye here in case someone tells me that is wrong.
