Here's what I'm trying to accomplish...

With engine on/running:
Upon switch activation, accessory will power up +12vdc with constant power;
When door opens, ground momentary, Relay will open accessory circuit and stay latched open to kill accessory (Keep in mind +12vdc is still constant...but not flowing to the accessory any longer);
Latch will reset (close) when the constant +12vdc is removed.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
