I am trying to get a latching relay setup to work. I have a ground controlled by a momentary switch and I will need a ground coming out of the setup. IF the above setup will work where can I get the small latching relay? I am having a hard time finding one.

That diagram is not what you need, but if you use that latching relay, an SPDT relay would still be needed for what you're attempting to do with your hazard lights. I haven't seen one of these latching relays for sale in years, however I would check DigiKey.com to see if they have one. You may need to call them if you can't find one on their site.

Is there something else you would recommend doing other than that set up?

I bought this ELECTRONICS-SALON Panel Mount Momentary-Switch/Pulse-Signal Control Latching DPDT Relay Module,12V thinking maybe I could use it but I have not quite figured it out yet.
