Hello ladies and gentlemen I have a question for you.

I would like to install my light bar that is hooked on to a switch. If the switch is on then when I turn my high beams on the light bar turns on if the switch is off when I turn on my high beams the light bar does not light up. How would I wire this sort of setup. Also if you can please include wiring diagrams with the typical relayed wiring harness that comes with light bars. Thanks for your help

Connect a feed from the high beam lights to one terminal of a SPST switch and connect the other switch terminal to the coil of the relay. Connect the other relay coil terminal to ground.
Connect an appropriately sized fuse to +12V and use that to feed the relay contact.

You can use a diagram like this:

86 would go to your high beam positive, and your switch would be in series. 87 would go to your light bar.
