I quickly drew up the lights i wanted to install and connect to two relays and be controlled with one switch. I want the lights to turn on with a switch. Would the way i drew it work correctly? I have the switch grounded and #86 going to the other. please let me know if that would work.

No, your diagram will do nothing as it is. You're supplying ground to both sides of the coil on both relays. Either change the input and output of your switch to 12V+ or change terminal 85 on both relays to 12V+. Also, I would fuse each relay separately with a smaller fuse instead of using one 50 amp fuse.

That 50A fuse is coming from the battery. So i should use two fuses, one for each of the relays?

Yes, preferably, or a single fuse rated at less than the current capacity of a single relay or the smallest wire's current capacity (whichever is lowest), but it may not be big enough for the total load. Again, I would fuse them separately. https://www.the12volt.com/wiring/recommended-car-stereo-wire-sizes.asp#current-draw-by-power

Your diagram will work, but make sure you add the proper fuses.
