I have a 2011 Ford Fusion SE. Does anybody know where the flasher relay is? I upgraded my turn signal bulbs to LED & they’re hyper flashing. I read that to correct it is to either install load resistors or upgrade the flasher relay to one that’s LED rated. I’m opting for the LED relay upgrade since that’s easy & simple. Looking in my manual, I can’t seem to locate which relay it is & its location. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. This is a link to what I’m upgrading to.

Your car doesn't use a standard flasher. Turn signals are controlled by the BCM (SJB). See here:

If you wanted to modify the factory harness, you could take the output of the multifunction switch and rewire to your own flashers. Then you'd cut the turn signal wires from the BCM and wire them up.
