First off, electrical work is not my typical forte. I did search for what I think I need, but if I saw the answer, I didn't understand it lol

I am looking to install some linear actuators in the bed of my truck to open my tonneau cover.
I have found a momentary polarity reversing switch for up and down motion, but what I would like to do is use a momentary switch to trigger a relay to have the cover go up, but then kill power after approx 1-2 minutes, this way I don't have to hold the switch (Won't know a for sure amount of time until I test the speed of the actuators, the cover won't max them out and the extension time is based on full load)

I would of figured there would be a simple relay with this feature, but if there is I can't find it.

Alternatively I know I could just use a constant switch, because the actuators I am looking at have built in limit switches, so they will automatically stop when they reach the end of their stroke. I just felt a timed circuit would be the "right" way to do it.

Thanks
