I have a NOS bottle opener that I can operate on a output from the holley ECU (-gnd) output. I can control this with programming and do a timed output. Bottle takes about 3 seconds to open, 3 seconds to close.

IF NOS activate is TRUE then send gnd output to relay for 3 seconds to open bottle.
IF NOS activate is FALSE then send gnd output to relay for 3 secods to close bottle.

I can add a reset-able circuit breaker for more protection.

Omitting the switch and using Neg outputs from my ECU, how would I wire this?

Actuator = Bottle Closer.
Negative from switch = negative from ecu.

Perfect, and does it matter if I use 85 instead of 86 on the left relay for GND trigger?

It does not matter.

This bosh relay I have shows 87 & 87 as NC, wouldnt this be a direct short to ground?

BOSCH 0332019155 Normal Open Mini Relay is the relay I am using.

EDIT, I will have to get a different relay, this relay is not changing state from NC when engaging the coil.
