Those are 4 pin (pole, terminal, what ever you want to call it).. The ones i found for $0.99 were 5 pin.  Four pin ones are cheap, all over the net, but good luck finding 5 pin ones, took me for ever, and finally found them on ebay.

SPDT = 5 pin, those are also 5 pin
