I recently installed godfather theme airhorns in my car, and i am looking for a way to press the horn button on my steering wheel and have a positive or negative signal for about 3-4 seconds (i am going to time it, but just need some guidance in the right direction here)

is there an easy way to set up a relay so that this will work?

You could just buy a timer, DEI makes it I don't remeber the part number so just search DEI's website. The timer is variable, it turns an instant pulse into a constant output from 1 sec to about a minute depending on the setting.
