I plan on using the Actuator/Reverse Polarity relay diagram from this site to connect my 4 door lock actuators (2 wire aftermarket) to my alarm. My question is, do I connect all 4 actuators to these two relays or do I need more relays to connect all 4? Thanks in advance!

Two should do for 4 actuators. Make sure the relays are 30/40 amp SPDT relays though.
