I want to put in sequential turn signals in my 2003 GT. I know someone on here has to know how to make them up. One major issue I know is that the stock ford flasher is quick. SO I would need to slow that down. The other issue is the bulb out thing. Then there is how do you make the thing? I already have the 3 wire sockets and dual filament bulbs. Just need a module for each side and to slow down the stock blinker/fix the bulb out indicator.

it would not be very hard, you could use the standard flashing output to change states, or as you seem to want it slower you could redo that part as well. Sequential you mean they "chase" right? from the inside to the outside? 3 bulbs? also is one of those the turn signal?

yes it would be a "chase". In the stock form there are 3 bulbs on each side. IT's a 2003 mustang. The inner two bulbs are parking/brake/turn signal and the outer bulb is just parking. It may be the other way around but either way one is just a parking light. But I already have a wired up 3 wire socket for it. So I know have 3 bulbs. Basically I leave the wired like stock for the parking light. ANd then the "major" wire on each socket needs to go to what ever circuit I make. I don't know how to make the circuit or how to slow down the stock flasher.

give me a few days to draw up a diagram. ill try to get to it asap, verify this is what you want: - When the brakes are applied all 3 lights turn on and stay on - When turn signal is on inner lights turn on, then middle, then outer, repeat i dont know how it will work with 4-ways...

Yes that is correct. but this may be easier... With flasher or blinkers = the inner, middle, then outer and repeat With Brakes = Innner, middle, then hold. The brakes can either sequence then hold or they could just funtion as normal. either way the sequence is from inside out.

I figured it out!!!!!!!!!!! $85 to www.webelectrics.com and I have them now along with theater dimming dome lights.

Xetmes, if you still want to carry on with the diagram I would appreciate it, I have two cougars, which came out with sequential taillights, unfortunately previous owners hacked off the motors and I want to get them sequential again. My cougars are 1970 and 72, also I live in South Africa so its not that easy to just order the sequential kits, LOL. I do have a link to mechanical ones if anyone is interested in that, but I am really looking for the electronic ones. Thanks Dayle

sorry i havent made a diagram up yet, i actually stared but it started getting more complicated than i wanted, im gonna restart and hopefully post a diagram by the end of the week. This would be very easy to do with a microcontroller, but since most people dont have the means to program them i will stick to discrete components
