I have 2002 chevy burb with factory key-less entry/alarm. I have purchase an add-on remote start (MDL#20022)from designtech (www.autocommand.com). How It works....When keyless is activated, by pushing lock ONCE, it sends a POS pulse to a voltage reversing relay to deliver NEG pulseto the R/S to command it to start. When pushing the keyless entry twice(double click) it arms the factory alarm, sending two pulses to the reversing relay.
When the add-on gets one negitive pule it starts, when it gets another it shuts off the car.
once car starts i must contiune to push the lock button to shut it off. I want it to work like this.....when I single click the lock button I want it to start...When I double click I want it to lock and arm but not start.
I used the lt blue wire located in the drivers side kick panel. It shows POS 12volts every time the lock button is pushed.
Any suggestion??

I'm not sure I get what you're describing. You want the car to start on 1 push of the lock button on your remote? Won't this start the car everytime you get out and lock it? Oh wait, did you say you have to hit it twice to get the factory alarm to arm?

yes that is correct one click to lock and a double click to loack and arm fac alarm. What I want is when I double click ... I want the r/s sequence to stop when I hit the remote TWICE, ans START when i hit it once.
the R/S system will start with one negitive pulse and stop with a second pulse. hinch single click to lock and start, and double click to lock/arm/ stop start sequence.
any help with this....I have used the lt blue wire (lock switch) for this pulse, reversed via a relay. could the relay coil have somthing to do with this?? it is a 30A 12V relay used for aftermarket fog lights
