The compressor for my dash air does not come on. I have replace the relay and it still does not work. I wired it just like the one I took off .  Post 85 goes to the on off switch in the dash, post 86 goes to ground, post 87 goes to the compressor and fan, post 30 goes to 12V fused hot. When I turn on the air at the dash, I get 12V on the wire from the dash on/of switch, but when it's hooked up to the relay it loses the voltage and there is nothing. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Do you mean the blower motor?

And what led you to believe it was the relay, as being the cause of the failure?

Was the relay module which was in the vehicle as OEM, the exact same relay style, such as the Bosch, P&B, etc?

The reason I ask, is because the terminal contacts are not always the same, even though they appear to be.
