heres the pic of the diagram relay
Im confused as to where 87a and 30 go, both to ground????. Also im not sure what to hook 86 up to i think it says "Negitice input from remote strat, light flash, neg out when remote starts" but the first and the last things it mentions would be two different wires???? can someone help me out

that is without a doubt, one of the worst quality scans i've ever seen - not to mention, it makes it more or less impossible to answer your question, due to the fact that the picture does not show a functional circuit (obviously pieces of the picture are missing due to the poor quality of the scan).   since it wouldn't make much sense any other way, i'm going to go out on a limb, and guess that the circuit in that picture SHOULD show the relay pin 30 going to the blue wire, which is cut, and 87a goes to the other side of the blue wire closest to the ignition.  the pin 87 of the relay goes to the black wire from the ignition.  if i'm right, then the relay in it's "off" state would complete the blue wire circuit, and the car would function as normal - with it in it's "on" state, it connects the blue wire to the black, which i assume is the way it provides power to the ignition circuit that is described in the text.
