ok so i was wondering if it was possible to use relays or something of the sort to make it so when you lock the driver side door all the doors lock, like bimmers have, i have a 91 s10 with power locks, is this possible? and if so how?

Add a keyless entry system. Pushing one button on the remote will lock or unlock all the doors. You can also upgrade to a remote starter with keyless or alarm system or even a remote starter/alarm combo.

yea i know a keyless entry or alarm would have it but im not ready to install that quite yet, im just looking to make it so when i unlock the driver side door both doors unlock and when i lock it they both lock.
