Can someone tell me how to connect a relay or two, so that I get the following:

12v from RS unit must go directly to IGN1 of car
12v from IGN2(key) goes to IGN2 when car is running via RS.

the trick/problem is you cannot let voltage from RS go to IGN1 via relay, it has to have a direct connection.
thanks to anyone who can show me how.

I wrote what I want to do in my post. I want a 12v to go straignt to my IGN without a break, and I want a second 12v to go to IGN2 only when started via the Remote Start.

Why does this have to be a direct connection?

auex, it has to be a direct connection because my RS unit uses its IGN wire both as an output and and input sensing wire. If I isolate it via a relay it won't be getting the input signals both while armed and disarmed and programming.

I am at the point I am regretting getting my RS/Alarm unit. I should have probably gotten a different one. Well life is such. We learn with knocks and blows and at a cost, most of the times. The good thing is I won't fall in the same trap twice.
