Hello everyone... I'm new to this forum. I have been told I need to wire in relays to my power windows I installed in my car. I just haven't used any relays before - so I need to know how to wire it up using the common 5 pin relays...
I have two 6 pin rocker switches (power + & - into middle pins and outputting power at either end of switch) and the 12v motors just have the two wires. (the switches are momentary ones - so I'll just hold them down when using the window). Any help appreciated - I need a diagram if possible because I'm not familiar with the terminal names!

Here is a diagram for one motor with one switch, just copy it for the other motor and switch.

You only need two relays to control each window motor with each switch. It will also be easier to add window modules, if you decide to in the future, with this configuration by having each leg of each window motor resting at ground.
