Hi,

Firstly please excuse my lack of knowledge on this subject, I'm still new @ this type of stuff.

I bought my car with a window module but the alarm doesn’t work anymore. I need to change the alarm and i know how to connect the central locking but is the window module connected to the same output from the alarm or does it need a separate connection.

Can someone please give me a basic rundown on how to connect a window module and how to make it work with my new alarm.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

be a little more specific acout what you want the window module to do...roll up when armed or roll down with an auxillary button...if you want it to roll down then all you have to do is connect the wire from the module to the existing alarm brain to the new one...it should be a 300ma signal...correct me if i'm wrong...and since the module is already hookd up it's already connected (given that it previously worked) it would be connected to a 12 volt source, ground, the window switches and motors already for you
