QUick question... i just got some underbody neon tubes and i want to hook em up to my extra option on my alarm, it would be for the trunk but i dont have an electric trunk, so i wana use that channel. Would i have to use a relay? if so what do I need? THANKS!

The first thing you will have to do is convert the momentary pulse from the alarms output, to a latched souce. You can find the relay diagram on this site on the left of this page.
Unless your alarm is able to select, momentary, latched, timed, etc.
A standard SPDT 30 amp relay will be fine for your needs.

On the site there are two relay diagrams which you could apply. One of them I recall has a rest, using a swtitch, the other is with a relay instead of a switch.
