I have a 98 ford taurus. All of the turn signals won't  work, even the instrument panel does not show me if i'm turning left or right.all of the bulbs check ok the fuse is ok.i'm just not getting any power to any of the turn signals. Is there a relay in the system?

Check for a flasher or flasher unit under the dash

Check and see if your hazards are working. Sometimes they tie turn signals in with hazards.
