i am trying to figure out how to wire 2 relays to a motor and what type of switch i can use to have it go in reverse directions.

Here's a generic diagram that you can use for power windows, trunk power lift actuators, motors, etc. I would use a SPDT toggle or rocker switch to activate the relays.
