Hello,

I need to activate a glow flange system with a relay via an ECU, which provides control.The glow flange heater has a steady state power rating of about 90KW.The system is on 24V for heavy duty truck applicaion.Can anyone suggest me a relay for the same?

4000 amps? i dont think so.

the best thing to do is to use a battery switch over relay, but they cost $50+ and can only handle 400 or so amps.

for a full 90kw, youll need some sort of high duty cycle mains relay with a 24v coil
