Im confused, why would you use relays to keep acc on after ignition is off when you can achieve the same effect by wiring what you want kept on into the constant +ve instead. Same thing isnt it? On all the time?

If your trying to make other things happen with triggers and stuff fair play, ill shut up, but I thought id point out the obvious first :)

Anyway, are your triggers momentary or constant? Momentary will only activate your relays when it blips and then go back to off again? Can you explain how your circuit works as I cant see what your achieving there.

He wants to keep stuff like his radio and power windows on until he opens the door or be able to turn it on via remote until the door is open.

i know this is a few days old, but is there a way to do this without using the alarm? I would like to be able to keep my radio/power windows on until I open the door (cant seem to remember to roll up the windows).

Thanks

Kenny

if you wanted just the acc on just use the 2 main relays on the right, and dont use the one on the left, as for windwo rollup, it would be easiest to get a window rollup modulal, but it can be done with relays but it would take alot of work.

the only bad thing about doing an auto window roll up is that it doesn't have a resistance setting to stop the window if say an arm or somethiing gets caught up in it. the DEI window mods are cheap and really easy to hook up and have the resistors to stop the window, plus it gives you one touch up and down on the windows used in the window module.

Just a quick question regarding the 2 relays on the right.
I tried this same circuit and it works fine, only problem is, I get a spike or feedback of some sort in my speakers when I open the door. Can someone give me a suggestion to get rid of this noise.

Unfortunately, my wife notices it and she is scared she will get shocked. I keep trying to tell her that's its ok,but she is like that. So I would really like to get rid of the noise.

when you get the feedback is it with the acc on or off. Can you describe to your best what exaclty it is doing.

It sounds like a spark or jolt of current passing through the speakers. Just like it would sound when you touch the + to the - of the battery. The feedback is also when the acc is on and also when it is off.
