Guys & Gals,
I appreciate that my request is probably a little unusual, given that US law prohibits the use of foglights with high beam.
However, being outside the USA the same rules do not apply to me.
I would like to be able to have my foglights activate when I flash my high beam, but also have a switch installed so that I can disable the foglights flashing when high beam is used.
The foglights would also need to work from their existing switch when the above function is disabled.
Can anyone post a diagram of the best way to connect this all up?
Thanks in advance.

Easy need more info first.
Are the foglights connected to the switch or is there a relay between them?
Will the foglights work with the key on or off?
How much current do the lights use (what size fuse is in the wire)?
I wonder if this diagram makes sense:

Relay 1 is used to ensure the foglights is on when the Parking Light is on (1) and you switch it on (2), so you won't forget turning it off, but you can drive at night without the foglights.
Relay 2 is to turn on the headlight at when you turn on the high beam, despite the Parking Lights nor the switch condition.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong. By looking at this diagram, looks like both relays can be placed under the hood, the only cable needs to go to the interior is from relay 1 to the interior switch.
