I'm looking for a time delayed relay.  I need to delay when an accessory turns on after it has been switched.  I would prefer that the time was adjustable.

I'm thinking of a SPDT relay:

30 ->switched power +

86 -> same switched power +

85 ->ground

87-> delayed +

87a->to flashing L.E.D. to indicate delay cycle.

Once the delay is over the +power continues to supply the 87 output till switched.

So is there a relay like this or something I can put in line before terminal 86 to delay it?

thanks for any help.

I ordered a dei pulse timer relay to try out.

HWH,

can the delay be made any longer?  I need 30 sec to 3 min.

So now that I have the dei timer I realize that I need to delay the turn on(adjustable time from 15-60 seconds) AND the turm off(same adjustable delay)

Anyone know an easy way to do this?

TIA
