I hooked up my actuator and relays as directed by the “Actuators / Reverse Polarity” part of the site. The relay won’t click and it immediately blows the inline 20a fuse when I reconnect the battery. If I remove the ground from 87a and replace the fuse I can hear the relay work/click and the fuse doesn’t blow. But right when I reconnect the ground it blows. I’m not new to this and all my other relays work flawlessly. What could be the problem?
THANKS,
Joe

BTW, not that it matters much but it’s for a 1967 Mercury Cougar…. so I’m running my own new wiring. I just can’t figure out why the ground blows the fuse when it works fine with the ground disconnected. Makes no sense to me. I have been looking over my work over and over again and I just don’t see any reason for my problem.
Thanks again,
Joe
