How is a relay wired to up my trigger out from the alarm from 200mA to 500mA

87 ground, 86 12volts, 85 your excisting neg trigger, 30 your new trigger

If you use a relay you'll most likely convert from 200mA to 20 or 30A. If you really only want 500mA you'll need to use a transistor, not a relay. However, the relay approach would be easier, and in the long run more reliable.
